With internal focusing to remain a constant length it is easy to hand hold. It has a built-in collapsible hood, and the A/M switch makes changes between autofocus and manual focus a snap. Extra low dispersion glass gives high resolution and contrast. Note! AF not supported by the D40 and the D60 cameras.
